Morning 5.5

Very happy to dip under 77 today. I set myself a goal of being in the 75's before Xmas break, so I have given myself a 2 month buffer to drop just over 1 kg.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
