Breakfast: Sausage McMuffin with egg, 1 hash brown, 1 small black coffee with 1 tsp. of brown sugar.
Lunch: 1 cup white rice, Chopsuey with mixed veggies. 1 egg.
Snack (2pm): 1 banana que and little bit of chicharon.
Dinner: Banana que and Vita coco small.
Steps: Later... From 10,000 steps need to reduce to 6,000 steps because my plantar fasciitis is getting worst! Im starting my lifting today! :)
Steps: 6,268 steps.
