I had a great weekend. What made it better was waking up this morning and seeing a loss and not a gain. I knew i could do it i just needed some support. Its not over yet. There are 3 or 4 more weekends until my Anniversary and i have to shed 22 pounds. After this weekend, i really have no doubts that i can stick to it!

222.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

770 kcal Fat: 29.06g | Prot: 44.05g | Carb: 89.86g.   Breakfast: TLC Chewy Granola Bars - Seven Whole Grains & Almonds, half and half, coffee, water, Granulated Splenda. Lunch: lettuce, water, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, borden fat free cheese slice, mustard, light mayonnaise great value, whole wheat bread great value. Dinner: kraft free all natural shredded cheese, taco shells great value, tomatoes, great value light sour cream, Turkey Taco Meat, iceberg lettuce, thick and chunky salsa. more...
