Thought I was getting stuck for a moment there, but I started taking Green Coffee capsules before meals and continuing my exercise. I am currently doing pickleball 2-3 times a week, playing team tennis on 2 teams, and zumba twice a week. I have never been so active. If only the cold weather would get lost!! I am definitely pleased with my progress so far.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
