Sleep last night=8.8hrs

Well, finally some bloating relief, and a 'movement'... in more ways than 1. At least I got closer to my goal of 305 by today.
306.3 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 160.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
