Now back to the weight I got to on my vlcd, after which I ate things I shouldn't. Hoping it isn't' a fluke as I have to go on my scales multiple times to get the nearest 3 times to be sure it is right. I am hungry lol.
324.5 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 128.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
