Drink more water...walk an extra 30 minutes...record every grain of food that enters your mouth... only eat the foods that you lost wt. with in the past. Good luck and NO candy for VDay!

Water is definitely important. I also slowed down when I was not drinking more water. And give your body time to respond to your regimen. You will get over that stage in no time
