Oh Becky I need to get back on track too, as the drinking of water is so important! I drink way way too much coffee to not help my liver out. Congrats on your loss on a day most will have gains. 👍👏👏🌺🌼🌻🌸💕

I say this because sometimes I'm so focused on making my mind/thoughts move in a certain direction and do not succeed, because my heart is saying, "oh no, you've got some unfinished work to take care of over here Missy". 😄😫😳
