Wow, turunnya byk bgt❤️kmrn mkn protein dosis tinggi di 1000an kalori. Total harian 1650 dan Workout sekitar 1800-2000😍 protein is the Best. *bsk msi bertahan gak ya? 😋

@imam kalau kemarin daging sapi sekitar 450gr.pas mkn all u can eat. Harian stok daging ayam yg potongan beli di superindo. Pas mkn tinggal di grill tanpa minyak.enyak😍liat di jurnalku
