Changed to a newer scaleā€¦it weighs me at least 4 pounds heavier every time! 😭
On a lighter note it will be more accurate overall.
234.3 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 74.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your new scale is obviously defective. I recommend that you exchange it for a model that weighs you lighter.
