Even though it was only 2 miles, it was good to get the walk in last evening. A new low on the weigh in, and if I behave today, it may be goal achieved tomorrow morning.
In my 2nd go around in week 5, after doing week 4 twice, I am beginning to think that I am just not made to get to 100 pushups whether it be after 6 weeks or twenty-six weeks. I went with 90 seconds between sets instead of 45 and 5 minutes before the max of which I got 42 of the 50 minimum. I felt very weak today from the very first pushup. The primary sets today were to be 20, 20, 24, 24, 20, 20, 22 of which I did all 150. I just hit a wall at 40 on these max sets.
