A friend of mine posted this Anti-Crabby Cake recipe on FB and said I have to try it. It’s basically a pineapple flavored cake with cream cheese frosting. I love pineapple and cream cheese. So, I thought, I could make it for hubby/son on Father’s Day. But, they would probably prefer chocolate. However, Hubby is still on weight loss program with me. Dilemma...this cake is really calling my name and I’m usually a savory / salty kind of gal. Maybe I could make it for a neighbor and just keep a few slices. Maybe I should just forget about it. You know since I’m writing about it, it really is top of mind! Maybe I should go exercise...
