Ok…I’m out of control. That ends today. I can’t do a full-on fast due to meds, but I can fast for 24 hrs at a time. So breakfast is my last meal until tomorrow morning. So long weight! And meds eventually…
233.2 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don’t know your situation - but for mini-fasts, try skipping breakfast. If you’re a coffee or tea drinker, you could have that. Even a bulletproof coffee. You’ve already fasted all night while asleep, so skipping breakfast can make a 16 or 20 hour fast very doable. My experience is, once I fast past noon or 1 pm, I can go on pastnthat very easily. Keep up some salt intake. My bulletproof coffee has a couple shakes of salt in it, or a pat of salted butter.
