My water weight from my intense Saturday hike is starting to come off. Did some elliptical, a strength training workout, and yoga this morning to stretch out my legs a bit more. Ready for a relaxing rainy day off.
I’m also beginning to research training for hiking a 14er when I’m in Colorado this fall. Does anybody have any tips on how to train / what gear to get?
