Followed plan yesterday but had 29 net carbs because I forgot I had 1 cup rutabaga for lunch. Feeling like the Atkins Flu is much better!
182.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
