Lunch today, Baked Yemenite Jachnoon Bread, approx. 120 calories, Mediterranean cucumber, and tomato salad, no dressing, chicken and onions Shwarma, not that bad. see photos
205.2 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
