My right knee surgery will be in June, (left one done in 2016) my goal (and Dr's advise) is to loose as much as I can . This time the Cortisone shot is not working that well because my knee it's is such bad shape, but even the little I already lost makes a big difference with pain management and even movement. I am using the stacionary bicycle again, slowly but steady. Hoping to do well, and taking care of one issue at the time. First knee, then fixing my abdominal muscles separation. Life is good!!! Thank you for your support, WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
205.2 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
