Detoxing for 3 days .. can’t get to excited as it’s water ! Had a tummy bug on and off for s week .. better now but headaches continuing from the bug to the detox .. never have headaches .. so this is unusual.. but soldier on .. ok having a small coffee to see if it helps 🙏 have a great weekend

Headaches could be caused by dehydration. Try a little salt in your water.
