Got really sick this week, according to my Dr. didn't eat enough Calories according to what's needed based on my body mass. I was not hungry, so I didn't eat more, but my blood pressure went down, and then hot dizzy, and I went down. Much better today. Went for a great walk of 2.56 ml yesterday, and going again on a few minutes. I will succeed! Thanks for the support!
