This obesity stuff really sucks!! I am not making any progress, what am I going to do??? I start each day with good intentions and fail by the end of the day. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
206.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Would it help to write down tonight exactly what you are going to eat tomorrow, put the list on the kitchen counter and cross off the items as you eat them. If you can do that for one day, you can do the next day the same way. Good luck. :-)

You started at 214. It looks like you lost weight during the tough season of holidays. I am also obese and I started to lose on 2-9-09. I lost 20 lbs so far. I only weigh once a week. I try to do it at the same time each week and before I eat or drink anything. Keep recording all that you eat. Don't starve yourself. You will just bing out later. I also struggle with my weight and I do know that if I don't journal and write down what I am eating or plan my meals I won't lose either. I bicycle for a hobby. Do you have a hobby that will challenge you physicaly? Get a gym buddy and work out together if you can.That can be challenging also. I hope some of these tips will help you. Just keep at it and get your mind set to get to your goal weight and maintain. Good luck. Ageless

why do you want to lose weight? what are the benefits? find a way of healthy eating that is of interest to you. find a mind set. If you change your lifestle of eating you won't be yoyo dieting. I know easier said than done. Just know You are NOT alone.
