well, thanks to advice from you guys on possible reasons of weight gain from sodium in the soup and my feeling just bloated, I took something to help and feel so much better...not to mention my weight went down. Yesterday I was dragging and today I feel better. Thanks you guys.

Yes. I love it and it hates me...lol. I can't even blame my period, lol...because of the way I take my birth control pills I don't have one.
