I'm not quite sure what's the cause of the weight gain...I didn't have anything bad yesterday...the worst thing was a cup of broccoli cheese soup, though I was in bed most of the day with a migraine. well, I shall see what tomorrow brings.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
