I guess maintaining is better than gaining! And over the past weekend I ate pizza and chips and Chinese and and and with calorie guesses for most of them 🙈
177.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
