Good job this week Dana! it's always weird when we can't quite figure out why some weeks we lose and some weeks we gain. I always figure the gain shows up immediately after I splurge but a loss takes about 4 days of being super "good" before it shows up on the scale. Go figure! I just keep praying for patience and stammina to continue to learn how to be healthy! have a fun and good FS weekend.
