preparing for a Finnish roll Kebab (humongous gyro roll) as a reward for a month well lost (weight wise, you know...), I have good 3000 calories in reserve this week, but hoping my stomach can handle that amount of meat 😋
232.1 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
