I didn't record the scales straight away yesterday and think I've obviously remembered wrong as 3lbs overnight cannot be accurate lol! Happy to have kick started the New Year with a loss. Half an inch off the waist too so onwards and downwards 💪🏾
146.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
