looks like I'm finally losing weight (yay)...2 tenths of a pound a day, I'll take it. Hopefully it will ramp up next week when I'm able to exercise again.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
