That sucks! But at least you were able to follow your plan to a 'T' that takes so much dedication. Maybe it was something to do with timing or water--I have been following my plan and working out more than ever this week--and haven't lost anything since last week either (i gained a pound and finally am back where I started last week sometime). There is always next week or tomorrow--it will happen (or it must!) as i keep telling myself :)
