Doing pretty good. I reached my weight goal long ago and have been monitoring my sodium and fiber intake per my doctor's recommendation in order to keep my blood pressure and cholesterol at optimum levels. My only real failures are when I choose to order a takeout meal online. Generally, I pick a healthy meal and split it over two meals as restaurant meals are generally quite large compared to a normal meal. Biggest problem is that these meals are generally quite high in sodium.
