Squats (if you can't do a full squat, just do a half squat), wall sits (start off doing 15 seconds at a time and each day add another 5 seconds), seated legs extensions (if you don't have ankle weights or any other type of resistance, make sure you squeeze & hold at the end of the extension).

Wall "sits" would help the thighs I think. Lean against a wall, squat to chair level (knees as close to 90 degrees as you can handle) and then hold it. They sound easy but they're a beast last time I did them.

Barbell squats with a bench under you so as not to go below 90 degrees. Wall sits, or if you don't like barbell squats try them with dumb bells. Lunges. These all have worked for building my legs.

I have seen amazing results with deep squats alone. Focus on form, go slow, and clench at the top! Haha. It's the only leg exercise I do (I know I should do more, but I don't, haha), and I have seen an incredible difference in the definition through my thighs & glutes. Your workout routine is excellent, well done!

Russian deadlift, leg press, and squats. Do heavier weight and less rep would probably help

Thigh master by suzzanne summer works well for inner thighs so do doing different stances with your squats.

Yafreaka I used to love doing squats. However, I injured my knee a while back and it still hurts to do them.😩 Thanks Yafreaka & newnormal😊💕 I will try the wall sits. I heard about them but never tried it.
