Started stretching properly today, yin yoga 🧘♀️ The long, deep, gentle stretches hurt (which is normal for me given the amount of damage to my vertebrae and spinal cord). I follow Yoga with Adriene on YouTube, the video was called Intro To Yin Yoga, I'll try to do this everyday for a week and then re-evaluate how I'm feeling. We got Apostle water and it's proving to be just as excellent as promised, the Naturopath knows his stuff 😊 I've stopped taking prescription meds - pain killer (tramadol) and anti-inflammatory (naproxyn). Have increased natural anti-inflammatorys: turmeric (powder and essential oil), lavender (essential oil), frankincense (essential oil). Using essential oils for pain management: Vetiver (nerves), Helichrysum (pain), Aromatouch (muscles), Ice Blue (joints).
