Wow, I lost too much weight. I lost 9 pound in a week. I'm not entirely sure what I lost, but it's not completely fat. Well, I shall just keep trodding along regardless. I am happy I am 141 pounds, but not completley satified. I really would like to hit my 130 pound milestone, but I am 11 pounds away from that!
141.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
