Tired I'm still working out what I have to do but most probably you're right.
Up to now I've done cardio, Hiit, yoga and pilates as I'm still not going to the gym....should o add some dumbbells??

I do squats, thrusters, deadlifts, overhead presses & lunges as I can do those at home with my weights. But I think bodyweight exercise can get you very strong too. What do you enjoy doing?

Hi Claudia. Try and get a session with a PT to make sure you nail good form with your exercises. Never neglect your stretching or your cardio. (you will thank me when you get to plus 50) Ask your trainer to teach you both compound and isolation exercises and don't neglect any body part. You want balance in your development. Red is correct. bodyweight exercises are awesome. I use them a lot as I don't want more muscle, just to keep what I have got and easier on the old joints.
