I hate the increase entries but it's what comes with too many weigh ins😅. I am really good during the week and weekends get me because I have made a bad habit of eating all things delicious.
173.3 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
