I weighed in a day early since we are leaving for our Thanksgiving trip and I was plesantly suprised with the scale! 178...surpassed my goal :)
178.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys...I love the support! I have decided that my goal until next weigh in (next Wednesday) will be to maintain. I don't want to worry about "losing" and get frustrated over every little bite I take, so I wll enjoy and hopefully still be 178 next Wednesday :) Good luck to you too!!!
