gone up a pound and to be honest feeling a little down about it. myvwaist is also up from 44 to 44.5 however could be how I am measuring. I mostly kept within my calories too. let's see how this week goes.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
