Ate everything I could get my hands on the last 2 weeks. The stress of moving was too much to bare without food! Gained 11 lbs which is just enough to cause problems! Not sleeping well, back and knee hurt , new under garments don't fit but old ones are too big! So back at it! Should start feeling better by the end of the week!
