Well, after my binge eating weekend with the family it’s to be expected!! Kinda prepared myself for worse🤦🏻‍♀️🤣
168.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1589 kcal Fat: 73.26g | Prot: 85.68g | Carb: 148.11g.   Breakfast: Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk, Health Connection Wholefoods Just Protein (Just Soy). Lunch: Scrambled Egg, Sasko Low Gi Dumpy Whole Wheat Brown Bread, Margarine. Dinner: Croutons, Chicken Breast Meat , Crystal Valley Feta Plain, Tomatoes, Avocados, Apples, Cucumber (with Peel). Snacks/Other: Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk, Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, House of Coffees Hug in A Mug Hazelnut Cappuccino , Butter or Sugar Biscuit. more...
