For those of you who adjust your calories when you've lost weight, do you use a web site calculator? I've lost 35 lbs and my weight loss has slowed. Partly because I quit swimming for 10 days because I had a stick-on Holter monitor that I couldn't get wet and the other part is likely because I need to readjust.

losing 2.8 lb a week

I needed to drop calories after losing about #30. I didn't use a calculator but just decreased about 200 per day and watched to see what happened. As long as I could average between 1 and 2 pounds down per week, I knew I was on the right track. A couple times I lost nothing or gained a little, but normally the next week I would drop more significantly. It is really what works for your body! Good luck!!!!

@melissaatwa, that is about what I was thinking. I can tell my body is reshaping. It's been two weeks so next week I'll drop my calories and see what happens.
