When i started I was 34 lbs overweight 159lb This journey has sometimes left me feeling upset, angry , frustrated and well some times surprised. It really is a slow process. The pounds come of slowly as well as going on quickly. I'm 48, 5 2" and my body's metabolism is on slow mode. I was tired of being pudgy and it didn't suit me. It was time to take control. Finding this app was a miracle. I count my calorie intake and know when I have to stop. Every .4 or .3 counts towards my goal. I'm grateful. Have a lovely day!
