5 days until the competition ends! I'm fasting this week using the keto-egg diet to see if I can speed my way to the finish line. I'm happy with the drop as I cheated twice last week, which shows me as long as when u cheat you get straight back on the wagon, all will be fine in the end 👍🏾💪🏾🙌🏾 Have a good week everyone 😘
143.0 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
