I've started with Intermittent fasting 16/8 but it's more 18/6 or 20/4 now. I'm not always counting calories, but I presume I'm consuming under 1600 kcal. I'm trying to eat low carb high fat and I also do workout nearly every day. I also take vitamins (D, C, B complex, and Omega) I feel fine, I don't feel hungry, I enjoy working out. But I'd still have a drink, occasionally. But this week was full of occasions, starting from fathers day)) So,next step is cutting down occasions🤔
151.7 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

@sleekbeach yes, in the afternoon, I skip breakfast which never was a problem.

AstronomyPhilly, I prefer eating 5 times a day space of 2 & a half hour to 3hrs. I have so much energy, I don't get sugar craving because of it now 💛💛
