Benn off Atkins for 2 weeks. Starting back today 6/17.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

HEY! Welcome back!!! If you want, I will run through what I see on your menu, and suggest where to change or alter something. A few of us do this on the Atkins website for other people, because of what has helped us. If you don't mind, I will just make a few notes below and see what you think.... Your menu looks pretty good. Be careful on the butter sauces that are pre-made. I seem to remember one of them containing some sort of starch. When you do your scrambled egg, do you add fat to it? I found that helps keep me full if I cook it in coconut oil, then slap a pat of butter on top before I eat it. Just an idea. Try adding some Olive oil mayo to your tuna, to get the fat intake up also. On the chicken breast, any kind of fat that you used in preparing it? I note everything on my log, so I know exactly where my fats are. Apparently its all working now. I moved to OWL and the pounds started to drop off again. I'm down to 200.5 today. Its a battle, but we can do it. Just hang in there, be diligent, and careful. So glad to have you back!!! Have a wonderful day!!! Andrea
