1750 kcal Fat: 65.98g | Prot: 109.99g | Carb: 185.04g.   Breakfast: Crownfield Crunchy Choco Muesli,  Raisins, Κρι Κρι Στραγγιστό 2%,  Mixed Nuts,  Strawberries, Γλυκάνθη Ταχίνι Φυσικό,  Dried Fig,  Honey,  Mixed Seeds. Lunch:  Olive Oil ,  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh),  Mixed Salad Greens,  Cooked Spinach,  White Rice,  Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, Fat Not Added in Cooking),  Boiled Potato (without Peel),  Baked or Broiled Salmon. Dinner:  Young Green Onions,  Asparagus , Whole Wheat Bread,  Olive Oil,  Egg. Snacks/Other:  Brown Sugar,  Mixed Seeds,  Kiwi Fruit,  Strawberries, McVities Digestive Wheat Biscuits, Galpo 0% Fat Greek Yogurt,  Banana. more...
