I’ve been finding I’ve been weighing myself almost obsessively and I’m determined to stop it. Lol so I made a list with all my weigh in dates which is posted in today’s diary. I keep getting mad at myself but I forget that more than two pounds in a week isn’t even healthy. So I need to cut myself some slack. Even after losing only 7 pounds I really do look much better
178.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
