Yesterday was the first day I logged all my food on FS. I am back on track. This has been a shark eating food frenzy eat what ever the hell I want for months during this pandemic. I work at a hospital and had a lot of free food and the party did not stop there. Once home I sat on my booty and ate. Stop weighing myself. I’m up 23 pounds.☹️ I’m devastated !!but I know now that can do it! I have to log my food and stay on low carb. My life depends on it! It was so hard not to eat late at nite. 🙏🙏🙏
299.8 lb Lost so far: 48.2 lb.    Still to go: 169.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! I’m a teacher and being at home has been hard. I am logging every day on FS and got a stand to ride my bike inside now. Keep at it!!

it's been so weird because I've been eating anything and everything but at the same time I've been working out like a madman I don't think I have missed more than five days since this pandemic began. I don't know if it's just me trying to mentally handle all of this stress or what but in my mind all I want to do is eat and then when I see something that stresses me out I want to work out so that I can relax.

This post and logging is a good re-start. Just like quitting smoking, sometimes it takes a few steps backwards to find the right path to better health. Hope you can reprogram things to get back on track and wishing you success in the year ahead!!
