I don't understand it...I'm eating healthy, lowering the amount of sugar I'm using and yet I'm still gaining weight. its so upsetting or maybe disheartening is a better word. it doesn't help that mom's reaction is to point out that I didn't exercise yesterday...she completely chooses to forget the 3 hours I spent curled up in bed trying not to throw up from the bad food I ate. ugh! Gonna stop that negative train before it gathers steam and makes me feel worse. Well, today's another day and hopefully it will be better...got laundry to do and its arm day at the gym.
