Seems like I’ve hit a bit of a plateau. Any suggestions to get past it?
216.5 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I plateau I try eliminating a food I suspect causes the stall. A week off said food usually garners results one way or another.
