Day 3 of my diet and I'm already seeing results I've cut out all breads potato's rice just doing the shakes and vegetables and lean meats measuring everything. Sugar was 8.5 this morning and I have lost 1 kilo so far just on day 3. Thanks for the continued support FS friends. 😁
275.4 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
