Well I’ve been terrified to get on the scales and weigh in. Actually thought about leaving the site as I felt such a complete failure but took the bull by the horns this morning and plucked up the courage to look. I was convinced that I had undone all my hard work due to eating so much crap so I’m incredibly happy relieved and delighted that it’s only 1lb gain. I am feeling more comfy hat I can do this!
